Lou Seno, Chairman and CEO of Jet Support Services Inc., (JSSI®), recently ordered more than 150 copies of the NBAA Business Aviation Fact Book, and a just-issued NBAA pocket brochure on business flying, featuring No Plane No Gain advocacy campaign spokesperson Warren Buffet. When the advocacy documents arrived at the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Seno made sure each of JSSI’s 120 employees had their own hard copies. Seno has long advocated wider distribution of materials detailing the facts about business aviation. “It’s important that our people get behind the industry. They do, and they’re embracing it. Michigan Airport Open House to Feature No Plane, No Gain Advocacy Video

A pilot in Detroit, MI will use a No Gain, No Plane advocacy campaign video this month to help convince neighbors of Michigan's Oakland County International Airport (PTK) that business flying is an essential part of the local economy. When Rene Banglesdorf, co-founder and CEO of Charlie Bravo Aviation, was asked to speak to fellow women business owners about responding quickly to client needs and having a faster speed to market, she saw the perfect opportunity to talk about No Plane No Gain. "I told them that business aircraft can dramatically improve productivity and that more women-owned business should take advantage of this tool. Georgia Governor Again Declares: No Plane, No Gain

At this year's NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention, Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue renewed his support for business aviation, again declaring an Aviation Appreciation Month in Georgia. "Business aviation is an 'extender,'" Perdue said at NBAA's Convention. "Time is money, but it's more than money…Aviation helps us use it more effectively." The city of Riverside, OH has joined 17 states and one county in officially recognizing the value of general aviation, declaring November 2010 "General Aviation Appreciation Month."
